Under the tense situation of global resource and the serious threat of global warming, Chinais active seeking for the alternative energy, in order to develop sustainably. In the past decade, solar energy has aroused more and more attentions in China. Special the solar Photovoltaicenergy has been making a great contribution to increase the electricity gap in China. But oneproblem has emerged. Compared with the developed countries, in China, we are short ofprofessional installer and are lack of valid and complete curriculum system for PV techniciantraining. Many PV companies complained about the unqualified PV technician. In order toresolve this problem and to fill in this curriculum blank, a complete curriculum system for PVtechnician training was planned to develop in this paper. The curriculum developed in this paper is work-processes-oriented. It means curriculum isdeveloped based upon the work processes. The "Promotion of renewable energy in KhulnaDivision/Bangladesh" (PRE) project, which organized by Bremen University, has succeeded indeveloping a curriculum system based on the analysis of work processes in solar energy. It set aresearch example for this study. At the beginning of Chinese PV curriculum development, basic information, like electricityconsumption, need to be collected. As a result, 155 pieces baseline survey are sent to collect theinformation of pre-knowing, electricity consumption and suitable PV-unit in China. Meanwhile, the step of analysis of professional literature was carried out, in order to getting a concretedescription of work processes and workflow plan in PV installation. On the basis of data ofabove two steps, one curriculum module is created. This curriculum module mainly includedthree parts. First part is title, which describe generally the work task. Second part is to detail the description of the special work-task. In the third part, work contents like work tools and materialhave been illustrated in detail.
