The Chinese diet structure determines the cooking time control of high technical requirements, strict conditions, and the level of cooking and the leisure time of the contemporary young people, leading to poor cooking experience. The reasons for low interactivity kitchenware. In today’s Internet era, in the field of theory and results of the interaction has become increasingly mature, people in the network and Internet products have a certain basis of cognition. To solve this contradiction, the research and exploration of kitchen design method. In order to improve the interactive design method makes it suitable for kitchen design process, thereby enhancing the interaction characteristics of kitchen utensils.This paper briefly and analyses the existing kitchen design ideas and characteristics, through market research and understanding of Chinese food culture, to grasp the basic level information. Then make a brief overview of the existing interaction design, in order to compare with the traditional design of material. And then through the assumption method, analysis method, the comprehensive method, interviews, Cosplay and other methods of research of this topic, the basic method and framework interaction characteristics of kitchen design. Finally, combined with the reality of the feasibility analysis of the development trend of interactive kitchen utensils, Kitchenware and predict the interaction characteristics.
