该文系统研究了β沸石合成过程中的和影响因素与晶化规律.在下述合成条件下:n(OH<->)/n((TEA)<,2>O)/n(Al<,2>O<,3>/n(H<,2>O=0.11/0.040-0.065/1/0.02-0.067/2.7-6.7,晶化温度为140-160℃.晶化时间为50-80h,可合成出高结晶度β沸石.详细研究了β沸石模板剂的热分解过程,提出了可抑制β沸石骨架脱铝并保持高结晶度的四段焙烧脱胺工艺.详细研究了不同酸及金属改性对β沸石硅铝比、结晶度以及表面酸性的影响.制备的β沸石催化剂具有催化甲苯和碳九芳烃歧化与烷基转移反应、增产苯和碳入芳烃的化优良性能.
