生物表面活性剂在稠油污染土壤生物修复中作用研究

  石油污染土壤的生物降解因其所含烃分子的类型和大小而异。稠油组分非常复杂,其污染土壤降解程度和速度很难预测,稠油污染土壤生物修复效率高低主要取决于胶质沥青质的降解与否,因此稠油污染土壤生物修复关键就是要筛选出对胶质沥青质降解能力强的菌株,以及采取强化生物修复和植物-微生物联合修复措施,如利用生物表面活性、投加降解菌剂、提高土壤养分等,以达到修复效率的提高。本文从辽河、大庆油田污染土壤和油泥中筛选石油高效降解的菌株和能产生表面后性剂的菌株,并研究生物表面活性剂在植物、微生物联合修复法修复石油污染士壤中的作用,研究其修复效果,为石油污染土壤的修复提供一些参考依据。
