The HSCCC(High Speed Counter Current Chromatography)has impacted the Biopharmaceutical industry for the separation and purification of crude molecules especially organic and non-organic for decades.This research paper is based on this HSCCC technology to establish concrete evidence of the machines capabilities to certain stress level that might influence the products quantity and quality especially the use for separation and purification of proteins for biopharmaceutical industrial use. The paper shows results from the Separation and purification of proteins using High-speed Counter-current Chromatography(HSCCC)machinery,focusing on stress points preferably first the retention rate of the12.5%Aqueous Two-phase System(ATPSs)is of great potential to the biopharmaceutical industry use for separation and purification.Yet all results from this project,HSCCC show outstanding data and satisfying results.ATPS ranging of12.5%Aqueous Two-phase System(ATPS)used as the phase was outstanding and with optimum retention sustainable,also the rotation speed range ascending from850rpm~>1200rpm of the HSCCC machine also perform and produce extremely satisfying results and surprisingly outstanding sustainable acute response even with the stress impact to the HSCCC to increase.An increase in the loading capacity from1.8~5%of the machine was perfectly and successfully executed in the HSCCC.In conclusion,thoughts must be considered heavily for using High-speed Counter-current Chromatography(HSCCC)as an important function in the downstream for separation and purification of Proteins for Biopharmaceutical industrial purposes.
