Recent years our E-commerce is vigorous and developing rapidly. Under the background of the implementation of innovation strategy and construction an innovative nation, China has successively published “Action Plan” on Promoting Development of “Big Data”, “Made in China 2025 plan”, implemented “Internet Plus” action plan, especially China’s parliament has approved new 5-year plan aimed at developing the Internet economy. These measures made E-commerce developing towards modernization E-commerce. As the true records of the work and activities, E-commerce records are new resources of creating commercial value, it not only to support E-commerce enterprises to develop new products but also to help E-commerce enterprises to fully develop new markets, to maximize the efficiency of enterprises.This article tries to analyze the related issues of development of E-commerce records combining with the practice of the development of E-commerce records by the retail platform.Firstly, this article introduce related content of the development of E-commerce records:first, it has defined E-commerce records as all the original records generated from E-commerce business and defined the development of E-commerce records is the process of developing and utilizing the E-commerce records; second, this paper discusses the value of the development of E-commerce archives from two aspects: the extension law of archival value and the theory of optimal allocation of resources, that through the way of resource allocation, the enterprise can realize the value added of the E-commerce archives and obtain the economic benefit; third, compared with traditional development of business archives, it has concluded that the characteristics of the development of E-commerce records is depth,sharing and extensive; forth, this paper analyzes the favorable environment of the development of E-commerce records.Secondly, this article has an analysis on the existence of the development of E-commerce records: the content of development is not to the point and the way of realizing development results is single. It also conclude that the acceptability of sharing or transferring information of platform to users and related industries, and the ability of E-commerce practitioners can affect the service level of development work in E-commerce records as well.Finally, corresponding measures are proposed aiming at the problems existing at the work of the development E-commerce records. first, it is suggested to discipline thedevelopment of E-commerce records from three procedures: collection, description and development, which can ensure products and services to meet the users; second, the products as well as service level of development work should be improved in terms of the method of product development and the approach to broadening the development, which can expand the value of development work; third, It recommend that from vocational re-education,school-enterprise cooperation and adjusting the teaching content staff and students can obtain their knowledge and improve their ability; fourth, it suggested to building a development and protection system which is based on trust, in this system special personal information protection, self-disciplinary organization, third-party organization will supervise and restrain the behavior of development. Only in this way can we win the trust from the public and ultimately promote the development of E-commerce records.It is designated to deepen the understanding, improve the practice, explore effective methods that promote the development of E-commerce records, and elevate the work level of E-commerce archives development, thus to promote the market competition of enterprises e-commerce platform, which will make it adapt to the market requirement of smart commerce stage and propel the development of social economy.
