　　Water conservation function is the capability of the system to redistribute water in time and space.In order to quantitatively describe the consequence of forest degradation influence on water conservation function,a distributed physical hydrological model MIKE SHE was employed to simulate the hydrological processes of the two eco-systems,and quantitative evaluation of water conservation function changes was made based on detailed hydrological processes analysis.
