　　Ecological conservation and construction expenditure accounting is an important content of environmental economic accounting and the basis for implementing ecological conservation and construction.But the systematic ecological conservation and construction expenditure account (ECCEA for short) is absent in China.In this paper,the accounting of ECCEA on the national and provincial scale in China from 2000 to 2013 is carried out according to the ECCEA framework.
