塔架基础是风力发电机组的主要支撑装置,确保其安全可靠尤为重要。依托江苏国信风电场项目2.0MW混合塔架15m抬高基础,开发一套适用于风力发电新型基础的专用模板。塔架底部为现浇混凝土结构,基础达到吊装强度后安装上部钢塔架段。模板采用组合钢模分块拼接,混凝土结构部分采用逐层现浇的方法,实现混凝土工程和模具工程的相互转换,可以快速完成混凝土部分的施工。项目利用有限元分析软件MIDAS,ANSYS对模具的整体以及局部构造进行受力分析,研究模板在使用中的力学性能,结果可以为混凝土塔架模具设计提供参考。
The foundation of the tower is the main supporting device of the wind turbine. It is particularly important to ensure its safety and reliability. Relying on the Jiangsu Guoxin wind farm project 2.0MW hybrid tower 15m elevation foundation, the development of a new type of wind power for the foundation of a special template. The bottom of the tower is a cast-in-place concrete structure, and the upper steel tower section is installed after the foundation is hoisted. The template adopts a combination of steel mold block splicing, and the concrete structure adopts a layer-by-layer cast-in-place method to realize the conversion between the concrete engineering and the mold engineering, and the concrete construction can be completed quickly. The project uses the finite element analysis software MIDAS and ANSYS to analyze the mechanical and structural properties of the mold as a whole and part of the mold structure. The mechanical properties of the mold in use can be studied. The results can provide references for the design of concrete tower molds.
