输电角钢塔是架空输电线路的重要部件,约占线路总投资的20%,其生产加工包含二维单线图绘制和三维放样等环节,正确计算角钢塔口宽尺寸是加工和组装铁塔的必要条件。在研究角钢塔主材杆件对齐原理的基础上,通过深入分析变坡塔身、不同规格塔段主材的连接形式,采用双相切圆方法求解角钢塔各塔段口宽,准确计算出变坡多塔身、不变坡多塔段外皮对齐情况下的口宽尺寸。根据该方法基于VC++和OSG开发了相关计算软件,并在若干项目中进行了验证,结果表明,该方法性能稳定、精度可靠,能较好地满足实际工程要求。
