Objective: One of the conservative treatments for the cysts that occur in the jaws is decompression.The purpose of decompression is to reduce the size of lesion before you can directly remove that.It is used at not only cysts but also uincystic ameloblastoma.The purpose of this presentation is to report the effectiveness of decompression and prognosis to the patients who underwent uincystic ameloblastoma(UA), keratocystic odontogenic tumor(KCOT) and dentigerous cyst(DC).
