　　The mutant strain Trichoderma reesei CF-208 with high cellulase activity was isolated by a kind of newly invented plate.The mutants ability of producing cellulase increased significantly after treated with UV and N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NTG).The medium composition was optimized using response surface methodology (RSM).
