DDC-Ag法是国内外常用的尿砷测定方法。我们选用三乙醇胺代替了早期使用的吡啶,按研制准则进行了规范研究。结果:取尿样25ml时检测下限为 0.025mg/L,方法精密度C.V.=1.8%-5.1%,准确度以尿样加标回收率表示为91.0%-96.8%。尿样在冰箱中可存放2周。应用本人测定50名非接触者尿样,砷含量范围为0.013—0.072mg/L。
DDC-Ag method is commonly used in urine arsenic determination method. We chose triethanolamine instead of the pyridine used earlier, according to the research guidelines for a normative study. Results: When the urine sample was taken with 25ml, the lower limit of detection was 0.025mg / L. The precision of the method was C.V. = 1.8% -5.1%. The accuracy was 91.0% -96.8%. Urine samples can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Application of my determination of 50 non-contact urine samples, arsenic content range of 0.013-0.072mg / L.
