轴手性二芳基化合物广泛存在于天然产物、药物和材料中,同时也可以作为配体或催化剂在有机合成中起着不可或缺的作用[1].目前,合成轴手性二芳基化合物的方法主要有不对称偶联、不对称官能化、中心手性向轴手性转移、动态动力学拆分和动力学拆分等方法[2].
