Objective: To evaluate the outcomeof posterioosteotomy in treatmenof anteriorcurvature by aged people afteold thoracolumbafracture. Methods: retrospectiveanalysiwamade with 21 casewithin 5 year(from 2004-3 to 2009-2), who weretreated by posterioosteotomy. Results: All these people were followed up by aleast1.5 years. The average postoperative Cobbangleof all patientwere decreased by20° withouserioupostoperative complications. Conclusion: Posterioosteotomy intreatmenof anteriocurvature by aged people afteold thoracolumbafracture can besafe and effective technique.
