China Zun is the tallest building in the future of Beijing, About 528 meters high, with 118 layers above the ground and 6 layers underground.Considering the project site is narrow, huge scale, more contractors, the technology and management is very complicated, while owner requirements of engineering quality are high and the short time limit for this project, In order to guarantee the project quality to meet the deadline, Construction unit.decided to adopt BIM technology to assist in optimizing the construction organization design.This paper demonstrated the necessity of BIM was applied to construction organization design by the Visual design and collision detection, Construction organization simulation and the Statistics of quantities technology, and introduced the background, content and problems of BIM was applied to the China Zun foundation pit.such as Statistics, interfaces, and error checking.This paper provided reference to the construction organization design of whole project applies BIM technique.
