Aim: Cdk5 is an a typical cyclin-dependent kinase localized in the brain, and its activity is dependent upon binding to p35.Cdk5/p35 plays an important role in the hyperphosphorylation of tau protein, which has been observed in Alzheimers Disease (AD) patients.CdkS/p35 represents an attractive drug target in AD.In this study, we aim to find the inhibitors of cdk5/p35 using virtual screening technology.
