Aim: To discover the new drugs of treating cerebrovascular disease by conatructing a new pharmacology evaluation system.Methods: Under the thoughts of "mimic clinics", we first developed animal model to close the clinical features by integrating literature information and clinical experiment and animal experiment, then select a lot of pharmacology indexes to construct pharmacology evaluation system.
