Urothelial carcinoma of the bladder remains a significant oncologic problem throughout the world and is a source of both morbidity and mortality.Despite advances in the understanding of disease and recent molecular data from The Cancer Genome Atlas,the clinical management of disease has not fundamentally changed over the past decade.
