目的 术后残存的胶质瘤细胞往往导致肿瘤复发,并且其复发部位位于肿瘤切除后瘤腔壁2～3厘米的范围内.但是,由于肿瘤的侵袭性术中很难准确判定肿瘤的实际边界.荧光引导手术能在术中准确判定肿瘤的实际边界;同时,光动力学治疗也是一种有效辅助治疗方法.
以转运蛋白ABCB6为靶点提高胶质瘤5-ALA诱导的PPIX堆积及光动力学治疗效果
