Mn-Zn ferrites with different amounts of Bi2O3 additives were prepared by a conventional ceramic route, and the effect of Bi2O3 additives on microstructure and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrites with high permeability were investigated.The results showed that the right Bi2O3 doping content would help to improve the microstructure, increase initial permeability, decrease specific losses.The Mn-Zn ferrites with Bi2O3=0.30wt% had the best magnetic properties.
