Because of its obvious advantages of lower cost, no pre-sample preparing and tolerating to water, Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) has been successfully applied in many different fields.1957 Dr.Karl Norris accidentally discovered NIR spectrum in an experiment when he was using middle infrared spectrometer.
