　　Objective To study the regulating mechanisms of the anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles(TNPs)-induced cell toxicity.Methods A549 cells were treated with the anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles for 24h.A549 cells were also pretreated with methylation inhibitor agent,5-aza and the ROS scavenger α-LA to assess the possible role of methylation and ROS in TNPs-induced cell toxicity.
