对石竹科植物瞿麦Dianthus superbus 全草用乙醇提取，浓缩后浸膏用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取，其中石油醚部位中利用硅胶柱、sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱和HPLC 等色谱手段进行分离纯化，共得到9 个化合物。
