Thermostability is a key physical characteristic of virus,and play important roles in vaccine storage and virus transmission.Live attenuated vaccines have been making great contributions to human health since the conception was invented,and most of them were developed through serial passage in laboratory conditions.Serial passage was often reported to have the capacity of transforming virus thermostability.
