6-Gingerol has the effect of antioxidatione,antivirus,antiplatelet,antitumor,anti-ulcer,antiemetic,antifatigue,cardiotonic action,curring morning diseases,inhibition of insect and microorganism,molluscicida and so on.In order to purify 6-gingerol from ginger,the molecularly imprinted method was investigated.Molecular template (6-gingerol),function monomer,crosslinking agent,initiator,and solvent were mixed in the reactor.Passing over nitrogen flow rate 1 ml/min and ultrasonic degasification 15 min.,then the mixture was reacted 20 h at the 60℃,and the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with the template 6-gingerol was grinded and sieved,then the homogeneous particle was obtained.After eluting out molecular template by 95% ethanol,MIP absorbed 6-gingerol in the ginger juice,after that,MIP was eluted with 10% and 30% alcohol solution.90% 6-Gingerol in the extract was got after distilling the solvent from the elution.
