研究了固溶温度对K447A合金显微组织及性能的影响。选择了4种不同的固溶温度,对热处理后的合金组织、性能进行了研究。结果表明,K447A合金中共晶相尺寸和数量逐步减小。合金760℃/724MPa持久寿命及延伸率随固溶温度的升高而降低。1175~1210℃内,980℃/200MPa持久性能受固溶温度的影响不大。固溶+时效制度下,K447A合金最佳的固溶温度为1185℃。
The effect of solution temperature on the microstructure and properties of K447A alloy was studied. Four different solution temperatures were selected to study the microstructure and properties of the alloy after heat treatment. The results show that the size and amount of eutectic phase in K447A alloy decrease gradually. The long life and elongation of alloy 760 ℃ / 724MPa decrease with the increase of solution temperature. 1175 ~ 1210 ℃, 980 ℃ / 200MPa lasting performance by the solution temperature is not affected. Under solution and aging conditions, the optimum solution temperature of K447A alloy is 1185 ℃.
