Several minutes after Wenchuan 8.0 degree earthquake,an Army Aviation Regiment immediately started medical support plans for earthquake relief.At the same time of doing a good job of self-protection,this regiment synergistically organized medical service which was offered by several services and sections,and flew more than 1952 sorties in a month,1604 hours and 48 minutes in total.One thousand one hundred and twenty six wounded had been air evacuated,including several wounded who showed miracles of life.In a single day,the regiment evacuated 191 wounded people at most.
