If the displacement of the pelvis is caused by the lumbar spine, it is bound to be a rotation displacement of spine.However, if it is origin of the discrepancy of two legs, it will not lead to the rotation of the spine.The former is motion mechanics problem and the latter is structural mechanics question.Therefore, the clinical limb shortening may be caused by femoral head necrosis,trauma or malunion of the fracture, and dont forget the concurrent pelvic displacement of lumbar scoliosis.So we can use the four directions spinal pulling to correct psoas muscle isometric contraction, in order to solved the problem lumbar scoliosis, discrepancy of the both legs and pelvic problems.
