The existing of agricultural systems vulnerability to drought is the key reason that turn drought hazard into disaster.This paper discussed the conception of agricultural drought vulnerability and its exhibitions,analyzed agricultural drought vulnerability pressure and adjustment strategy at each spatial scale.It also studied the relationship between short term coping and long term adaptation in agricultural system.Further more,it emphasized the importance of transfer of emergency coping to integrated drought risk management.
