Based on the remote sensing monitoring of soil moisture map of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei in 2008,using ArcGIS 9.0,taking the map of administrative region in Hebei province as basic,the remote sensing monitoring of soil moisture map of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei is matched.Using ERDAS IMAGINE 8.5,the remote sensing monitoring of soil moisture map of xingtai is cut from the remote sensing monitoring of soil moisture map of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei.Xingtai City is divided into four regions:western mountain,Hilly areas,piedmont plain areas and eastem plain areas.
