  the property of collagen-chitosan porous scaffolds vary with crosslinking density and composition.In this study, we firstly compare 7-irradiation with EDC/NHS.By changing chitosan amount, we try to find the optimal chitosan amount.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed crosslinking in y-irradiation and EDC/NHS scaffolds.
