目的：前期研究发现脑微血管内皮细胞巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1β(MIP-1β)mRNA 在氧糖剥夺损伤(OGD)状态下表达明显高于正常培养组,然而其是否能最终在蛋白水平上形成有功能的趋化因子还不得而知。本实验观察栀子、三七组分配伍(通络救脑注射液,TLJN)对OGD 大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞分泌及表达MIP-1β 的影响,以深化前期表达谱芯片的研究结果。
