随着急诊技术的提高,昏迷后严重意识障碍患者显著增多。严重意识障碍（DOC）包括昏迷、植物状态(VS,亦称无反应觉醒综合征UWS)、最小意识状态(MCS)。目前,客观方法有了一定的进步,但以CRS-R作为代表的行为检测还是金标准。
