磷酸酯取代的嘌呤核苷是我们课题组首次合成的一类新型核苷,也是首次在嘌呤碱基上引入C-P键.对测试核苷类化合物的抗病毒、抗癌药物活性对核苷类化合物的结构修饰具有重要的意义.
