Coumarin derivatives have well displayed significant biological activities,3-phosphorylated coumarins have also been exhibitted cetain cytotoxicity on some human leukemia cell1.An efficient AgNO3-catalyzed C-3 selective phosphonation of coumarins have reported by our group2,however,this reaction mechanism was still not clear.
