　　Poor medication adherence and insufficient drug levels are the keys to HIV/AIDS disease progression.Fletcher et al.(2014)reported recently that HIV patients on oral antiretroviral therapy exhibited lower drug concentrations in cells of numerous lymph nodes compared to those in blood.The study of Fletcher and colleagues was built on our previous finding with patients on oral HIV drug indinavir therapy exhibiting 3-fold lower drug concentrations in mononuclear cells in lymph nodes than those in blood.
