　　The objective of this work was to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of preoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for unresectable hepatoblastoma in infants and children.Twenty-four patients (14 males, 10 females) aged from 26 days to 41 months with unresectable hepatoblastoma were treated with preoperative TACE from March 2007 to March 2011.
