According to chemical constituentsand of phytochemicals ingredient,the research progress of phytochemicals ingredient originated from soybean,vegetable,fruitage,tea and so on are summarized in detail; the primary biologic activities of these foods are also summarized.This paper summarizes the efficacy of vitamins,flavonoid,proteir/peptide,carbohydrate,lipid and indican compounds from foods mentioned above.Moreover,the America official certified phytochemicals ingredients are also summarized.
