Multiple analytical technologies were employed to analyze various variants and/or impurities ofmonoclonal antibodies.Charge variants such as sialated species,deamidated species and species with un-processed lysine residues were separated and quantified by Imaged Capillary Electrophoresis (iCE) method,aggregates by size exclusion HPLC method,fragments by reduced Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE) method,and methionyl oxidation by a lys-C map method.Performance of these methods are discussed.
