实时三维超声新指标评价肺动脉高压患者的严重程度

【摘 要】
：
目的 本研究应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3 DE)技术评价肺动脉高压PAH患者双心室容积及收缩功能,并将这些三维参数与右心导管测得的肺血管阻力(PVR)进行相关性比较.方法 本研究入选经右心导管检查明确诊断为特发性肺动脉高压的患者24例(PAH组),其中男1例,平均年龄(24.5±9.8)岁,均为特发性PAH;另选健康者24例(正常对照组),其中男1例,平均年龄(32.1±9.1)岁.
