　　The clinical efficacy of autologous dendritic cell (DC) and cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cell transfusion and their combination with conventional methods on the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was evaluated after treatment.A total of 59 patients were enrolled in this study among which 16 patients received DC-CIK monotherapy and 43 patients received DC-CIK treatment combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA),transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).
