　　Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) causes coagulative necrosis of tumor tissue and local tumor protein debris.These fragments of debris tumor protein contain large number kinds of antigens which can stimulate specific cellular immune response.In the present study, dendritic cells (DCs) were loaded with tumor protein lysate antigens in situ produced by RFA, and treated murine colon carcinoma combined with cytokine-induced killer (ClK) cells.
