本文从SR802型自身预热烧嘴换热器部份的传热机理进行了分析,推导出该部份的结构尺寸的计算公式和换热器管壁温度的计算方法。然后通过试验结果的分析与讨论,验证了理论分析的正确性及结构尺寸设计的合理性。笔者还提出了今后的研究方法。
This paper analyzes the heat transfer mechanism of SR802 self-heating heat exchanger and deduces the calculation formula of the structure dimension and the calculation method of heat exchanger tube wall temperature. And then through the analysis and discussion of the test results, the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the rationality of the structural dimension design are verified. The author also proposed future research methods.
