The process of using BPS instead the BPA is happening because there are more and more stringent global regulations on bisphenol A (BPA) additions for its gradually cleared extensive toxicity.In urine samples collected from many countries, BPA at the highest frequency and median concentrations, followed by BPS.But many results showed that BPA has the cytotoxicity for mGSCs.In addition, BPS share the same functional groups with BPA and has a similar 3D molecular structure.So we urgently need to system research the BPS toxicity especially the reproductive toxicology and investigate the possible effects and relevant mechanism of BPS in mGSCs.
