Rapid and sensitive detection of pathogenic bacteria is of great importance for food industry,environmental monitoring and clinical diagnosis.Herein,we used a 4-layer(MgF2/Au/MgF2/Analyte) based,angle interrogation long-rang surface plasmon resonance(LRSPR) biosensor combined with a multichannel microfluidic to detect three kinds of pathogenicbacteria simultaneously.Initial results showed that this LRSPR system had the potential for itsapplication in label-free,sensitive,selectively high-throughput detection of pathogenic bacteria.
