地球上的生物无时无刻不受着地磁场的影响,而地磁场变化对生物生命活动的影响越来越受到人们的广泛关注.昆虫作为地球上种类最多的生物之一,研究磁场影响下昆虫的生长发育与繁殖以及行为学影响,探究其对磁场变化的响应机制对于揭示生物的磁生物学效应机理至关重要.[目的]在近零磁场下,探究褐飞虱老龄若虫的生长发育状况与取食行为机制.为昆虫的磁生物学效应研究提供行为学依据.[方法]本实验设置近零磁场作为处理组,以地球磁场为对照组,采用单个试管、单株稻苗单头饲养褐飞虱以观察其生长发育与繁殖,利用十万分之一电子天平称量初羽化成虫体重,并结合EPG实验监测两组5龄若虫的取食行为差异.[结果](1)近零磁场显著延缓了褐飞虱若虫发育历期,平均延迟达0.44~1.45 d(2.68%~8.88%);并且明显降低了初羽化成虫体重,平均降低达20~180 ng(1.30%~10.58%),但差异不显著.
