　　Objective The aims of this study were to detect specific oculomotor deficits in preclinical mutation carriers of Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) type 3 and assess the difference between SCA3 and SCA 1, 2 and the relationship between oculomotor parameters and severity of ataxia.
