　　Some novel B-norcholesterol derivatives with thiazole ring were synthesized and their structures were characterized by IR,NMR and HRMS.The antiproliferative activity of synthesized compounds against human cervical carcinoma(HeLa),lung carcinoma(A549),liver carcinoma cells(HEPG2)and normal kidney epithelial cells(HEK293T)was assayed.
