In order to solve the problem of remote monitoring and control of launch vehicles,this paper proposes that BeiDou navigation satellite system can achieve the real-time measurement and control of the launch vehicle,based on the analysis of the support of the space-based measurement and control system for the launch vehicle measurement and control tasks.And then proposes space-based measurement and control system schemes.
